Return and refund procedure
- Product refund request
If the product does not meet your needs and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from receipt to contact our customer service via email at the following address: contatto@ozayti.it
Indicate in your email your order number and which product you want to return.
If you do not like the product and wish to return it, no further documentation will be required.
On the other hand, if you have noticed an error, a defect, or a non-conformity of the product compared to the description on this site, you must attach a photo or a video to your email so that our customer service can see, verify, and confirm the issue.
- Return Policy
The customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours and will send you the postal address of our after-sales service, which is responsible for receiving returns.In the package, the product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
The package must be returned as a tracked package (the tracking number is mandatory) to avoid any doubt regarding the possible loss of the package.
The cost of the return is entirely your responsibility, UNLESS the product is defective or if a mistake has been made on our part (wrong color, wrong size, etc.). In this case, you will be refunded the shipping costs of the package.

Once the returned package has been received by our after-sales service, you will be refunded directly to the same credit/debit card used for payment within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the package.If you used a gift card, loyalty points, or voucher, we will refund you using the same procedures.
- Package not received
If you have not received your package within 30 days of the order, please contact our customer service who will confirm the shipment of a new package.Fortunately, this happens very rarely.
- Order cancellation
You can request the cancellation of the order within 2 hours of purchase. For this reason, please contact us via email so that we can issue a full refund of the amount paid. If you do not contact our customer service within two hours of purchase, we will not be able to cancel the order and the shipment of the package will be activated.You will always be able to cancel later, for this, please refer to the Returns Policy section of this page.
