OZAYTI takes the respect for privacy and the protection of personal data very seriously and is committed to implementing appropriate measures to ensure the protection of such data and to process and use such data in accordance with applicable provisions and in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196).

Your data is collected by OZAYTI, a limited liability company, whose registered office is located at 29 Paul Valéry Street 34740 Vendargues France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of France with the number 32-0583961.

 

According to Article 24 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, OZAYTI acts as the data controller.

OZAYTI, as the data controller, is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit, and delete personal data in the context of its business and contractual activities.

These data are mostly collected directly from the interested parties when:

  • Create a personal space on the OZAYTI website or application.
  • Make a request for information about OZAYTI.
  • Place an order on the Website or on the Application.

Customer data is retained during the contractual relationship and may be kept for up to ten (10) years after the termination of the contractual relationship to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
